22.01.2022 Back on track with all things chilli. Bit of a trial run with an idea Ive had for a while. A blend of bbq, sweet chili & chunky sriracha. Blended and strained to make a spicy style bbq sauce. Did it work hell yeah! Scrirachaque I introduce Scrirachaque.

10.01.2022 Wanted to make this for a while. So made a new batch of BBQ sauce. Bit of sweet rub on some chicken thighs then wrapped in Canadian Maple streaky bacon. Side of baked potatoes w/ sour cream, chives & Emmas famous salad. Kids didnt say muchdef do this again.
09.01.2022 Maybe there might be four flavors. Just whipped up a batch of cherry smoked & char grilled capsicum and chilli sriracha. Not too bad i must say.

03.01.2022 This is the beginning of my new venture. Project Chilli. After years of making chilli sauce in second hand Jimmys Satay jars its time to do it a bit more proffesionally. The plan is to sell this stuff at markets in the future, hopefully before Christmas. To start there will be 3 varieties of sauce. My famous chunky sriracha, a black sweet chilli and a roasted capsicum and chilli sriracha. Here we go!
