12.01.2022 ***How to stay Fit & Healthy while confined to your neighbourhood*** The government has recommended we stay home and in your own neighbourhood as much as possib...le, and avoid social gatherings, and we want to ensure #Mudgeeraba locals follow these guidelines. Many of us want to stay fit and healthy though but with team sports like netball, rugby league, basketball and AFL cancelled, and gyms closed, it’s important to find ways to avoid cabin fever and remain fit while in isolation. One option we thought of is #TENNIS! There’s 25 metres between the two players (meaning you can maintain the physical distancing guidelines), and you can book a court online, and we have a bunch of courts right here in #Mudgeeraba. It’s only $17 to book for an hour (or you can join as a member for a little discount). It’s a great way to keep fit once or more a week during this time of distancing. #KOTennis manages the bookings from their website - https://www.kotennis.com/ - and once you pay you’ll get a PIN code that opens the gate to the court.
