This isn't your regular chef job and we're definitely not looking to fill this role with just any average chef. A real interest in the process of long controlled cook times using fire is essential but you'll have the support of our current pitmaster to teach and guide you along the way as you find your feet and start to de...liver exceptional quality smoked meats consistently.
