25.01.2022 Updated qualifying standards released today for the U9-U12 age groups.

25.01.2022 Christmas Party Tomorrow! All athletes will compete in one track, one field and a team relay before our party. Any athlete wishing to qualify for regionals will need to meet Toni outside the canteen at 4.15pm so we can arrange for you to be given a time/distance.

20.01.2022 Following is the event schedule for tomorrow! Just an FYI that there will be no track events due to the track being very soggy. Athletes who are 10+ will however, participate in a training session with Steve King where they will practice race starts. All other athletes will compete in 3 field based events. Just a reminder that it is Little A's policy that all athletes must have a parent or carer in attendance to assist in the running of their child's events. Last week we had a number of age groups which were only assisted by one parent. This makes running the activities very hard, reduces safety and also means a long wait times for athletes. Please jump in and assist where you can.

14.01.2022 Just a reminder that there is no competition today. Presentation will commence at 6pm. Please bring a plate of food to share. The committee will also be running a bbq for athletes and parents.

13.01.2022 Hi Little A’s parents, Last week we had two age groups without managers. This meant two of our older athletes (who are only aged 11 and 13) had to leave their own events to assist in running those age groups without helpers. This is disappointing for our club. Parents, please offer your help to run an age group (or assist in running a group) on Tuesday. A massive thank you to those parents who do assist every week. You are gold!

10.01.2022 Last night the Mid South Coast Zone held an extraordinary meeting to discuss the 2020-21 Grand Prix series after the Shoalhaven Gala Day was cancelled midway th...rough due to the excessive winds. With thanks to the Shoalhaven centre we are pleased to announce that the Shoalhaven Gala Day has been rescheduled to the 17th January 2020 (we understand that this is just a week after Lake Illawarra’s Summer Carnival but it’s the only date on the calendar to reschedule it). The following conditions do apply for this carnival. 1. No further entries will be taken, only athletes originally registered for the carnival will be able to compete. 2. The carnival will be conducted again in full, however results from any Grand Prix events that were conducted at the original carnival, before it was called off will stand. There will be no additional fee for athletes and any further enquirers should be directed to the Shoalhaven Centre.
