25.01.2022 The theme for National Volunteer Week 2020 is ‘Changing Communities. Changing Lives’. AMBA provides grassroots ‘support from those who know’, with all of our volunteers being parents of multiples themselves. Tell us about an AMBA club or volunteer who has changed your life for the better.

23.01.2022 [AMBA WEBINAR SERIES] Later this month, AMBA will be launching an online member-family program, delivered by webinar straight to you. COVID-19 is an extraordina...ry event and is changing all our lives on a daily basis. We are committed to ensuring that as a member-family, there is continuity of service to you, just delivered in a different way. These are challenging times and our commitment to serve families is stronger than ever. We will be curating content from paid and voluntary sources, covering topics to help families with the practicalities of life, as well as providing an opportunity for you to learn about AMBA, our directors, our mission and how we work towards it. This webinar series will be free for families who are members of an AMBA affiliated member-club. If you aren't a member yet, you can find your closest club at www.amba.org.au/clubfinder . ~~~ Proudly brought to you by GoToWebinar.

21.01.2022 [FREE MEMBERS-ONLY WEBINAR*] AMBA has launched an exciting new webinar series and we'd love our member-families to join us for our first one on Monday 20 April ...at 8:30pm AEST. "The unexpected teacher: Remote learning tips and tricks for parents who didn't expect to change careers" will guide you through how you can further prepare and support your child for a remote learning environment, routines, teaching tips, what schools are doing and their expectations, plus tips on well-being. Our webinar will be facilitated by Larissa Jordan, a graduate of RMIT with a Bachelor of Education (Primary and Adult education). She has over 15 years experience as a primary school teacher, including 5 years leading school curriculum development. Currently juggling remote learning for her 5 year old triplets and remote teaching her year 1 class, she also does a little volunteering on the side for AMBA. *These webinars are an exclusive member benefit for families who are members of an AMBA affiliated member-club or association. Access to the webinar is password protected. Please contact your club committee for the password to ensure you can access the webinar.
