24.01.2022 PANDA Week starts today to raise awareness about perinatal mental illness and to reduce stigma so those affected can seek help and this year's theme is ‘Tell someone who cares’. This is a huge issue for the multiple birth community and a big part of why Multiple Birth SA exists. We are here for you and you can talk to us because we care - and we get it! Other great resources are your GP, PANDA and your Child Youth Health Nurse. You do not have to do this alone.... 15.01.2022 Peer support can really make a big difference in someone's life - it's a huge part of what MBSA does to help support twin, triplet & more families. And with these parents being at higher risk for postnatal anxiety and depression this study could really help multiple birth parents - as well as other parents.

These groups operate across the state - although current running does vary with COVID restrictions still in place. Check out our website for a list of all the groups - https://www.multiplebirthsa.org.au//connect-and-play-grou/ or message us for details.
12.01.2022 Today is World Prematurity Awareness Day. In South Australia almost two thirds of twins are born prematurely (before 37 weeks) and almost all triplets and more are premature. We have premature birth support contacts who can support you and direct you to the many services that can help
