25.01.2022 Now it's your turn to finish the sentence. 'You know you're a parent of multiples when...'

22.01.2022 We've been a bit quiet around here lately sorry, but we've been thinking of you all throughout this strange time. We are looking forward to getting our program running again soon, so stay tuned. How did you all cope during lockdown? What were you looking forward to the most once you could get out more and socialise?

22.01.2022 What pearls of wisdom can you share with others who are expecting multiple babies?

21.01.2022 Lovely families with multiples, our hearts go out to you...please tell us all how people outside Melbourne can support you right now as you navigate Stage 4 restrictions. If you were to be sent a care package, what would really help right now?

20.01.2022 Mental health check-in. How are you all doing? Please reach out for support, we're all in this together...

17.01.2022 How accurate is this?

15.01.2022 Today is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day. We're lighting our virtual candle here, and inviting you to light a real or virtual candle with us. Keep it lit for at least an hour to help create a beautiful wave of light around the world in remembrance of our angels gone too soon. #waveoflight2020 #waveoflight #pregnancyandinfantlossawareness #PregnancyAndInfantLoss #pailawareness

14.01.2022 Having multiple babies is amazing, but can be exhausting, anxiety-inducing, and isolating, but during a pandemic things get even more challenging for new parents. Here are a few tips to help you cope: Turn off the news, and instead listen to your favourite music or podcasts... FaceTime regularly with family and friends Join or start a multiple parents Facebook support group Try to get outside each day, even if it's a walk to the letter box Write in a gratitude journal or start a photo album or baby book Tell family and friends what would be really helpful to you right now. People are only too happy to do what they can to support you. Perhaps a meal delivery, activities for your older children, a pamper pack, a chat, someone just to listen to you cry or laugh Call the Beyond Blue hotline on 1300 22 4636 if you're really struggling. You're not alone!

13.01.2022 At sixteen weeks pregnant, Kathy Tepper was told she was having triplets. At 21 weeks, a fourth baby was confirmed. Four weeks later and 15 weeks premature she gave birth to quadruplets. Caring for a baby is far from easy, so imagine multiplying that baby by two, three or even four. Find out here what it can be like for a family with multiples...

10.01.2022 This is beautiful What were you told when you were expecting multiples? What would you tell someone who has just discovered they're pregnant with twins or triplets (or more!)?

10.01.2022 Did you just come out and tell them, or did you do something a little creative to break the exciting news (we'd love to see pics!)? What were their reactions?

09.01.2022 Surely all of you multiple baby mamas danced like this when you were pregnant?? Oh, and if you did, feel free to share your video with us.

08.01.2022 Does this sound about right?

06.01.2022 You're all doing an amazing job. We're so close!

06.01.2022 We can't wait to help our wonderful Melbourne families again, and we know that our fabulous volunteers can't wait, either! You're all in our thoughts, and we will be there for you again in-person...hopefully soon Until then, remember that there is expert support out there. A good place to start is the 24/7 free Maternal and Child Health Services hotline. Qualified MCHNs are there to offer information, advice, and referrals to all families with young children (a translator service is also available). Ph: 13 22 29
