23.01.2022 Hello & welcome



22.01.2022 , ' ! ' . 2020 has been a year like no other, so it feels more important than ever to say THANK YOU for your support of MumaBubs this past year. I have decided to focus on what is truly important, my children, myself and human connections over the next couple of weeks. ... If we've learnt nothing else in 2020 it's the importance of human connection and how precious every moment is and shouldn't be taken for granted So, I'm not going to be active on this page until January 12, 2020. Also, I will be taking a break from my phone and email, so please be patient if texting me or emailing me between now and January, 12, 2020. I will respond, it just might take a few days. I wish you all a safe, happy and relaxing holiday period with your loved ones. Over this time, even though we all get stressed, want things to go perfectly and feel like there is a never ending list of things to do, I really encourage you to take a moment to be still, reflect on all that you have in your lives and then hug your loved ones a little tighter. Life is precious, and every moment is gift I look forward to connecting with you all again in 2021

21.01.2022 We are a part of the Body Beyond Baby affiliate which is a team for fitness professionals committed to raising the standard of exercise and movement for mums. We believe every mum deserves a Safe Return to Exercise.... What we currently offer is just not good enough. Many women leave the hospital after having their baby confused about what their body has been through during their birth experience. They are given little to no information about where their body is right now, what to ‘expect’ or how to start to move into the exercise or movement they want to do safely & effectively. We are committed to changing that. The Safe Return to Exercise for New Mums BETA program was born on the 1st July and we have been testing it ever since ~ you can find more details here https://bodybeyondbaby.com.au/sre-program/ This is THE education that fills the gap between leaving the hospital or 6week check-up and returning to exercise or movement. It’s a forever FREE program that every mum needs to do. Raising the awareness of the information that needs to be given is the biggest hurdle in making sure all mums are looked after. You don’t know what you don’t know and unfortunately any women don’t seek this information until there is a problem (that often could have been avoided if they had had more knowledge) AND we are currently crowdfunding to be able to make a bigger IMPACT and help more Mothers. 14.01.2022 ' ! Ok, well, that was actually 3 days ago, but, doesn't time just fly at this time of the year with all the preparations for THE day! We held our last MoveMuma group sessions on Monday and it was so wonderful to finish the year on a high with some amazing women!... I am so grateful for each and every woman that trusted in me in 2020 with their fitness, health and ensuring that every session they did safely and effectively strengthened and conditioned their amazing post-natal or pregnant bodies. And, the joy their little people brought me at every session I will be forever grateful We are now looking forward to a well-deserved break, before heading back to the park in late January to kick 2021 off strong!
