18.01.2022 Myth #2: Healthy habits are all or nothing. . I believe this is one of the biggest reasons people don't try and get healthy in the first place. It's this belief that prevents them from getting started with a health or weight-loss program. . They won't commit if they don't think they can do it 100% and 24/7 of the time.... . But this is far from the truth. The reality is, that once you learn HOW to effectively change your health habits, nutrition, physical activity, you will: . - Realise that by slowly changing a habit, one at a time, you will more likely to stick with them in the future. - Crave less of the processed, sugary foods and drinks. - Not be so hard on yourself, or spiral into a full on binge-out when you do indulge. . The doors are still open to my 30-Day Group Mojo Detox. You're not on your own with this program. You will have access to me for guidance and questions no matter where you are in the world! . The goal is to develop healthy eating and lifestyle habits that can be maintained long after our time together. Are you ready to get your mojo back? https://www.mummymojo.com.au/shop/30-day-detox

18.01.2022 Myth #3: You shouldn't eat carbs. . In the 30-Day Mojo Detox we reduce and then eliminate the refined, processed, and white carbs with added sugar. . HOWEVER, there are many wonderful, healthy, detoxifying carbohydrates - i.e fruits and veggies!!... . We prescribe these on the diet in abundance and it is these right amounts that are crucial for aiding the natural detoxification process of the body for optimum health and vitality. . We start together as a group on Monday 24th May, with preparation materials going out a few days prior. . Join us and let's do this together! I'd be honoured to support you inside my program: https://www.mummymojo.com.au/shop/30-day-detox See more

11.01.2022 Myth #4: An early breakfast is the most important meal of the day. . The word 'breakfast' means to 'break your fast.' There is no reason why 'breakfast' can't be at 10am, or even 12pm if this is when you're hungry and ready to 'break your fast'. . For people who have to go to work in the morning and require the energy that a nutrient-rich breakfast can bring, it makes sense to eat when you wake up. ... . However, some people can experience positive health changes by skipping breakfast and doing intermittent fasting. It all depends on YOU, and what your body responds too. . Our 30-day Autumn/Winter Recipe Book has meals for breakfast, morning tea, and then lunch, but listen to your body on any given day and feed it mindfully. . If you're ready to join me, I can't wait to guide, support, motivate, and inspire you inside the program. . I look forward to helping you feel amazing with your MOJO is full flow! https://www.mummymojo.com.au/30-day-group

04.01.2022 Through my own journey back to health I appreciate that wellness is not about perfection. It is about also loving yourself on the days when you need healing. Today this is all about my daughter. Using tapping/EFT and essential oils, letting her express her feelings and emotions while being a good listener, and giving her words of encouragement and lots of cuddles .

01.01.2022 I love plants and we have them in every room in our house. Admittedly I love Scandinavian interiors and this includes potted and hanging plants. They perk up your mood, and I also believe they are ESSENTIAL for purifying the air and helping your overall health. Indoor air pollution has actually been found to be a threat to human health, according to a Clean Air Study (https://ntrs.nasa.gov///casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/19930073077.pdf) by NASA, and our separation from plants can b...e a contributing factor to various health issues. Indoor air pollution comes from a lot of sources, including toxic emissions like benzene, formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, xylene and toluene all of which can have negative effects on our health. So why not go out and buy a plant today? The philodendron, Snake Plant, Peace Lily, Mass Cane, and Ficus are all great for reducing indoor air pollution. See more
