Struggling to handle how my body had changed and I ended up isolating myself from the world. What if people saw that I had gained 45 kilo’s? They would definitly talk behind my back. My body has ma...de a child and I AM SO FREAKING PROUD. I really want to show everyone how important it is to understand that your mama body is amazing, no matter what!! I am not back at my pre-birth weight, but I still love my body. Even if you are pregnant, just gave birth or had kids years ago, your body did an amazing thing.
