Heres our lunch for the week, potato and broccoli, spring onion soup. (Usually add split peas and or lentils for protein). Quick to prepare and healthy to eat.

10.01.2022 Being busy I'm big on preparing food for the week. This week: vegetarian and lentil curry. Chop up onion, capsicum, pumpkin, carrot, cauliflower and leak. Lightly stir fry the onion and capsicum with some cumin, turmeric and curry powder. Add vegetable stock and tin of lite coconut milk, add pumpkin, leak and carrot plus cup of lentils and leave on a low heat to simmer for 20 minuses. Serve with some wild wild rice topped with a few nuts. #healthymum #happymum

Mr Hobbs a sun bear was rescued from a bear paw soup restaurant where they chop off paws as required! Also there are only 100 bongos left oh the wild and the zoo breads them for nurturing numbers.

04.01.2022 This might seem like a weird mums post, bare with me.... reading this great book and it relates to being a busy mum. Its ok not to be perfect, its ok to feel stressed, its ok to feel lifes ordinary, its ok for your body not to be as good as before baby. dont buy into the unrealistic ideals plastered on social media. Once you accept the challenges of being a busy mum you dont need to fix everything and get it right all of the time. Give a f@ck about what really matters - you, your Bub , your family and your health and let the ideals of the judgemental and the World pass you by.
