23.01.2022 ** Nursery Unit ** We made some beautiful paintings in the baby's room, lots of colours and creativity whilst practicing our fine motor skills. Outcome 4.1 Children develop dispositions for learning such as curiosity, cooperation, confidence, creativity, commitment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination and reflexivity.

10.01.2022 ** Senior Toddlers ** It was very busy in the workshop today. Houses were being built and furniture was being repaired. The children demonstrated their understanding of how tools are used, how you need to stand when you use them and the language you use when building. Outcome-(1.1.6)

09.01.2022 ** Senior Toddlers ** Our art activity involved using wooden spoons and sponges. The children were excited because of the physical aspect of the activity - whacking paint filled sponges with wooden spoons!! They used tongs to pick up the sponges which challenged their fine motor control. Outcome-(3.2.7

08.01.2022 ** Senior Toddlers ** Day For Daniel is an extremely important day because of the meaning and message it supports. Hopefully we have built on the children’s understanding and discernment in regards to what is safe". We believe that children need to understand from an early age the importance of being aware of the need for them to keep safe. Today the children made red tee shirts to remember Daniel.
