25.01.2022 We have had a very successful outing at the North Coast National over the last few days. We took the double in the Angus judging, being awarded the Senior & Grand Champion Bull with Mustang M72 and Junior & Grand Champion Female with Holly N7. We also had a class winner in the 8 and under 12 months Heifer, and won the Breeders Group. In the Interbreed judging, Holly N7 was runner up in the Junior Heifer and we were successful in gaining two 3rd placings in the All Breeds Heifer Show sponsored by Northern Rivers Artificial Breeders. Thanks to our hard working team for your efforts over the weekend.

16.01.2022 Well what a Grafton Show! We competed with only 2 exhibits, Leah M9 and Leah M36. In the Heifer Show on Friday afternoon, M9 was sashed Champion Heifer, with M36 being the Reserve Champion. In the Stud Judging the next day, with all the British and European cattle judged together, the order was reversed, with M36 being Junior Champion and M9 the Reserve Junior Champion. M36 then went on to to be Grand Champion British/Euro Female, Supreme Beef Female, and then took out the Supreme Exhibit Title. Thanks to the Beef Cattle Committee at Grafton for a well run event and to all their sponsors. A big thanks also to Ryan Brady and Beau White for their help.

09.01.2022 PROTEXIN Testimonial "We have been using International Animal Health Products for over 30 years for one simple reason. They work. We use Protexin on different ...classes of stock and for different reasons to ensure they perform at their optimum. After a course of antibiotics to help re-establish a healthy gut, at stressful times like weaning for calves and travelling for all animals, and when changing to a grain based diet to help minimise the incidence of scouring & to help better utilise that feed. In particular, we give Protexin to our show cattle to help increase performance. Protexin is given before we leave home, to help with the stress of travelling to a show. We find the cattle are more settled upon arrival and get onto their feed and water immediately. We continue to use Protexin at the show to insure cattle remain healthy and are at their peak on show day. We find Protexin stimulates their appetite, which means they are able to utilise every bit of feed available to them to maximise performance. They glow from the inside out, because their gut health is in tip top shape. The overall health and performance of our cattle is of the utmost importance to us. That’s why we use and recommend Protexin." - Tahnee Manton, Stud Principal - Mundoo Angus For more information - www.iahp.com.au/australia/protexin Photo: Emily H Photography

04.01.2022 Fantastic day out for us at the Inverell Show yesterday. To add to our success from Friday night, we exhibited the Junior & Grand Champion Bull & Female, and also the Reserve Junior Female with our team of 3. We then went on to win the Interbreed Pair of Females and were runner up in the Interbreed Breeders Group. Thanks to the Inverell Show Society Stud Cattle Section for putting on a great show, and everyone who helped us out over the 2 days.

04.01.2022 Super excited with the carcass results from our steer at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. After placing 4th in class 8 in the live judging and selling to Plateau Fine Quality Meats, our home bred steer went onto win his class on the hook with 89.5 points. He also earned a silver medal for meeting the appropriate score levels in market specs, saleable meat yield and eating quality, and also gained a second placing in the virtual taste test. To go with all that, he was also the highest scoring Angus carcass out of 56 Angus steers exhibited! #theoriginalperformanceangus Angus Australia International Animal Health Products
