As we swallow our tears through the online dawn services and take time to think of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. We (as proud descendents of WWII) are taking today to share stories of our grandpa Jim & the treacherous service days he and his fellow servicemen endured.... We too think of our Granny Joyce and all the courage and tenacity she and all of the family members left behind had, to take care of all on the home front, whilst anxiously trying to avoid the paralysing fear of a telegram. Their strength alike the Australian soilder is admirable. No day makes us prouder to be an Aussie Lest we forget.
