24.01.2022 Here is the previous toothbrush rug..modified into a floor cushion as the sides turned up.

22.01.2022 Keeping sane working on the rag rug. Happy with the third try. After two tries going in an oval shape the rug kept buckling up (the center was too small). I decided to do a snake pattern and then go around the edges.

14.01.2022 Online Art Therapy course through Community Hubs.

14.01.2022 Guess now is as good as any to start another upcycle project. Plaited Rag Rug. Need: Material/Old sheets(I also found an old sari in my stash).... 1. Wash and dry materials 2. Remove any seams 3. Cut into 2inch strips 4. Roll into balls 5. Plait strips (you can use 3 strips as for a normal braid or 4 strips like a fish braid) 6. Sew together using hand stitch or sewing machine into a round shape to form a rug. So far I have got to step four and will keep you updated.
