22.01.2022 Do you suffer from Glaucoma and have been prescribed low-intensity exercise to help reduce your intra ocular pressures (IOP)? A new study published by Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO) has shown that caffeine will increase ones IOP level and should therefore not be consumed prior to low-intensity exercise as it will counteract the IOP-lowering effects.
