When lubricating rollers it is important to use a lubricate with a nozzle of 100mm, Proceed to lubricate the rollers itself and with door you might ask how do I get it in there well each side of the operative door will be a 10mm hole flood this section and slide door back and forth, Lubricating the track is a big No No,... 22.01.2022 Roof Lites This week MGM Glass installed a glass roof to the entrance of a high rise in Indooroopilly. Job went well, with the crane doing all the heavy lifting we were able to keep our own labour level down. From start to finish, all ,sealed beaded off, cleaned up & packed up, job took a total 5hrs Thanks to Reg Lockie & Dave for the nice job.

13.01.2022 "My First Gym" Located at Robina. Now the Gym has been completed & open for trading I took some pics of the glass work installed by MGM. This included 15mm toughened glass to viewing partitions. tall entrance doors in glass & black aluminium, also 1 entire wall of mirrors so the kids can check their own posture. Thanks Matt for allowing us to complete this install for you. We wish you all the best & hope the kids love this new gym.

10.01.2022 Mirrors installed to a horse float that carries 8 horses and contains a 6 berth accomodation. The kitchen area of this float required grey mirror installed at the back of cook top and sink. Truck and trailer arrived at our workshop around 12pm. Mirrors cut to shape with 4 gpo's cut in. All completed and sealed 4.30pm

10.01.2022 Logan Hyperdome opens its extension today where several new shops have been completed. MGM Glass only had the one store but we feel it was the most detailed shopfront in the entire centre. Note the stipulated 50mm gap between the doors & hi-lite. (centre management requirement)

04.01.2022 Recently mgm glass finished installing auto doors and internal shop fronts to BWS & Woolworths Burleigh heads. All went well and final products looks great. Good work guys.

04.01.2022 The new Woolworths at the Atheletes Village Parklands. To start, some of the existing shop front to be demolished. The new installation of the internal airlock begins. This massive frame of 3550 high & 14300 wide to be installed. This also included 2 sets of bi-parting auto doors. With all the framing in place including the far end 3rd set of bi-parting auto doors, we are now ready for the glass to be installed to the airlock section. Attention is now focused on the exterior.... These new bi-parting auto doors were installed after the removal of all the existing fixed panels & aluminium to allow for the new install. The next picture shows the removal of the original hinged doors (in 1st picture), along with all framing, new fixed panels were installed to close this off. Then came the install of automatic Doric louver blades to above the existing & the new external auto doors. These open when the fire alarm is activated to expel smoke.So there you have it. from start to finish, 2 weeks. Good job from the guys at MGM for the early starts & late finish's. See more

04.01.2022 After weeks of planning & fabrication, we have finally finished the new window installation on QA Hotel Fortitude Valley. All powder coat was Zues Black (20 year warranty). Awning windows on strut lifts. 10mm laminated safety glass with laminated Reeded low-lites (special make-up). The slide opening windows which are door frame were installed to give a full open feel to the bistro /bar area. MGM Team did a great job of completing with attention to detail. When in Fortitude Valley it would pay to call in and have some lunch and a beer just to admire the workmanship that has gone into this job.

Security film has been applied to the glass on the inside. Extra security has been installed by the way of a recessed floor track & T section installed to under side of door. The T section slides in the groove of floor track.
