07.01.2022 Home schooling afternoon snack idea. Brazilian Cheese Bread - GF - 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour - 1 large egg or 2 small eggs - 1/3 cup olive oil... - 2/3 cup of milk All into the blender and blitz to make a batter. Grease muffin tin add CHEESE AND BACON (ok so the actual receipt doesn't call for bacon but we add Murphy's Quality Butchery bacon whenever we can). Bake for 15 to 20 min. We promise you they are delicious and as easy as they sound to make!!!
