03.01.2022 A quick easy school holiday friendly snack from @erinliveswhole . Cut up three bananas into coins and lay them on a parchment lined baking sheet. then mix 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup coconut flour. ... Addd peanut butter mixture to one side of banana coin and top with another banana coin. Freeze 1 hour. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil in the microwave. Dip half in and freeze at least 30 min! Store in freezer or fridge.
