Huge gable roofed verandah with stairs leading down to the magnificent lawn area, down to waters edge with private Jetty. This is a sensational location with views across lake and reserve. Situated approx 25km from MANNUM TOWNSHIP (APPROX 25MINS DRIVE) on the ADELAIDE SIDE OF THE RIVER.

23.01.2022 We are looking for a regular cleaner for our holiday home at Lake Carlet - 20 mins from Mannum, Happy to pay good rates and normally need one clean per week in summer and 1or 2 per month in winter. Shack is on Airbnb and accordingly people renting have been short term and normally leave the place very tidy. Its a small 2 bedroom home with 8 beds, 1 living / dine / kitchen area. Would also consider allowing the right person opportunities to stay their with their family for fr...ee from time to time. Must be honest and reliable. Message if interested.

10.01.2022 Looking for local builders and contractors to help transform our holiday home. We are enclosing the deck, building a new one, removing the roof and replacing (trusses and sheets at new height). Creating a new bedroom and bathroom. All council approved and ready to go.
