20.01.2022 RAW CHOC MINT SLICE This recipe is DELICIOUS!! If you are a mint chocolate lover you have to try it! Tastes even better then your fav mint slice biscuits BASE:... - Mint Chocolate Protein ball mix MINT CREAM: - 1 heaped cup cashews soaked for 3 hours in water, then drained - cup coconut oil melted - cup pure maple syrup - cup coconut butter - 3-4 drops peppermint oil/flavouring - 1 teaspoon vanilla paste CHOCOLATE SPREAD: - cup cashews soaked - cup coconut oil melted - cup cacao powder - cup maple syrup - teaspoon vanilla paste TO MAKE: 1. Base - Make protein ball mix, flatten in tray & set in the freezer while you continue. 2. Peppermint layer - drain the cashews well, blend everything till nice and creamy. Spread evenly over the base and set in the freezer. 3. Chocolate layer - Drain the cashews, blend everything till nice and creamy. Spread the chocolate over the top of the peppermint cream layer (only once the cream layer has set) and set in the freezer. You can make these delicious fudgy balls with any of our mixes but for an extra energy hit go for the mocha coffee To make:... 1. Tip mocha contents in bowl 2. Instead of coconut oil we used 2 big table spoons of Nutella 3. Instead of water we added 50mls of coconut milk (less than the normal 75ml water because of the extra Nutella that binds it) 4.
