I just love her and the way she approaches us ( Humans ) our emotions and the way we eat and how to make you well and sustain it! I attended her seminar last year and have read many of her books. 04.01.2022 To be honest I'm really fussy about the oils I use on my body. A body cream can get away with more than an oil for me because I find I'll put up with a so so body cream or hand cream till I finish it BUT if I don't like the oil after the first couple of uses then I'll never touch it again .... What's Important? it's all in the scent as oils are more fragrant - I have to really like the scent as I go to an oil after a shower when I feel like having a scent on me when just... hanging at home with the family and snuggling as perfume is often too strong but most importantly how it feels on the skin needs to be nourishing (because that's the reason we've bought the oil ladies - yes ! ) and finish beautifully on the skin.... as in it absorbs and doesn't remain greasy nor grease my clothing the other telltale issue will be if it causes me to break out along my chest and shoulders.
