23.01.2022 Some great news, in what's been a messy week. Another one of our fun passion projects has fruited. Fresh Lion's Mane mushrooms in store now. Amazing cauliflower like texture, and tastes like a cross between chicken and lobster. Try sauteed, crumbed, in salads or barbecued. These guys have some of the most amazing health benefits as well as tasting delicious!
