19.01.2022 Important Announcement re Novel Coronavirus With the health and safety of all Trinity candidates, examiners and staff being of paramount importance to us, due t...o the increasing spread of COVID-19 we have taken the decision to suspend all exams and awards with immediate effect, with the exception of our Secure English Language Tests (SELT). We are in daily discussions with UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) with regards to our continuing SELTs and follow the latest Government guidance on ensuring the health and wellbeing of candidates, examiners and staff. Trinity is committed to supporting the hard work of candidates and teachers around the world. We know the amount of time and effort involved in preparing for our assessments, and how disappointing it will be to have to postpone exams. We are therefore working on a number of new initiatives that will enable candidates with pre-existing bookings for certain examinations to submit work digitally during this difficult period. Please continue to refer to our website (www.trinitycollege.com.au/COVID-19) and to your local Trinity exam centre for updates over the coming days. We will continue to monitor all local and international Government advice and will resume face-to-face examinations as soon as it is safe to do so. 11.01.2022 SYLLABUS EXTENSIONS - The overlap period for the following classical graded Music syllabuses has been extended until 31 July 2021: Strings 2016-2019 Syllabus Pe...rcussion 2017-2019 Syllabus Guitar 2016-2019 Syllabus This is an extension of the arrangements that are already in place, allowing candidates more time to present the pieces that they have already been working on. As usual, candidates may play pieces and technical work from either the old or the new syllabus, but not a combination of the two. The current Drama graded syllabuses have also been extended, until 31 May 2021.

You can find them at https://resources.trinitycollege.com. Please feel free to share this link. Covering Music, Drama and English Language, resources span a wide range of topics. Teachers can find help with moving their teaching online, including how to use Zoom, how to deal with technical issues and how to prepare students for online learning. Parents and learners can find lots of videos to entertain and educate, from learning how to compose, to improving vocabulary and speech, to creating a play for their household.
