25.01.2022 With great sadness I would like to let everyone know that I am experiencing family emergency. A family member had passed away. My family have decided to fly to Canada to support our Canadian family through this time. That means that I have to close down the studio until my return. At least 6 weeks. Thank you for your support through Covid and for your confidence to return to studio classes. It was so much fun. I will keep you posted about my return. Much love. Alya.

That gives me an idea for the mood my little students and their parents are in. ... When you give your baby a massage you are in fact stimulating their central nervous system. That makes babys brain produce more serotonin (happy hormone) and less cortisol (stress response hormone). Babys heart rate slows down and they start feeling relaxed.
