Day 2 of 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety , mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Just remember its not about who is doing the push ups or who is nominated, its about knowing that smiling at someone, say thank you or reaching out, could make someone's day and even save a life.
