My TOP TIP is to give yourself your Top 3 Must Do’s. These must be completed no matter what & are non-negotiable. My Top 3 for Resetting after my Holidays are:... 1. Cleanse Day today & then once/week. 2. 1 hour min. Training per day. 3. Mon-Thurs Alcohol Free. I know in doing my Top 3 everything else will flow into place from there.
