23.01.2022 This week we have welcomed Millie Searle and Kayla Waldie to the clinic, as student Speech Pathologists. They are currently experiencing the importance of building trusting relationships with families, building understanding of the children’s needs and the roles around those who support them. At our clinic, this is the starting point for services. I also look forward to learning from both these ladies the latest in research to support new and developing practices.

I am so excited to have now done some training and see how it can add to the 'Talkability' Social Skills Program that I currently use to provide social communication skills to small groups. Zones of Regulation is not about good and bad emotions but about intensity of emotions and how to manage them. I love this approach. Would you like your child/young adolescent involved in a group?
