25.01.2022 My three favourite ingredients for Colonic prep. Activated Charcoal, sweet potato & steel cut oats. Todays smoothie, can help soften everything up in your colon. Ive precooked & added 1/2 cup steel cut porridge (if you dont tolerate oats, skip this step), 1 medium roasted sweet potato, large cup of frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup baby spinach & 1 teaspoon powdered Activated Charcoal . Blend & drink. Despite colour, is actually very yum! Perfect prep for a Colonic or just a happy colon day

25.01.2022 Who doesnt luv a baked sweet potato? Today is baking sweet potato day! At least once & often twice a week, I batch bake whole sweet potato. I dont peal, & bake them whole for 130min @200deg. Refrigerate, cooked sweet potato with skin still on. Every day, I add some to my lunch & dinner, to my daughters smoothie, to cakes & bliss balls. Having heaps of sweet potato, is awesome on the colon & is fab prep for a Colonic. Happy colon days

23.01.2022 Im always looking for ways to add more sweet potato to my day. The more sweet potato, the happier the colon I used a @skinnymixers recipe as inspiration for these blissballs of yumminess. After blitzing all dry ingredients in Thermomix I added 2 small whole roasted sweet potato (skin off). Amazingvery colon happy



23.01.2022 Wow, just spent time @tylertolmantt workshop . Learnt lots more on why to eat & drink more plants, loved it. & @chefcynthialouise1 taught us how to make raw chocolate cake soooo good. & I have the recipe!!!

23.01.2022 Made all oat pancakes using @jane_esselstyn_rn for my inspiration. Only 6 ingredients! Oats, banana, vanilla powder, flax seeds, orange zest, & water. The recipe was for waffles, but I dont have a waffle maker, so cooked them as small pancakes on a hot pan instead. Amazing, & oh boy are they colon friendly The all oats waffle/pancakes are great prep for a Colonic

21.01.2022 Scared of potatoes? I was! Id eaten them sparingly & guilty for years, wrongly believing Id get fat on them. Any type of roasted potatoes (without the cheese & sour cream haha), are delicious & your colon loves them

16.01.2022 Pic of the last slice of raw chocolate beetroot plant based cake I made raw cake from a @chefcynthialouise1 recipe. Not sure if you can tell but the cake is still frozen? I made it a few weeks back, offered it around, but happily for me the teenage child sniffed at it & refused to try it. I was rapt, because it is the best- no diary, no flour, no bake, yumm. & I didnt have to shareI faked sadness , froze most of it, planning to eat a slice daily. To my horror, the adult son was home from uni, found it in the freezer , declared it delicious & happily ate several slices a dayBest raw cake ever. & great for colon care- I didnt say that to the adult son, but should have, if he knew it was good for him, he probably wouldnt have eaten it, haha

13.01.2022 Breakfast I got inspired by @therealchefaj who famously starts her day with a large bowel of steamed . A few months ago I tried it & its surprisingly delicious Its great prep for a Colonic & a happy Colon is a good thing, right?

08.01.2022 Do you ever feel like salad in winter ? Not me! But Melbourne had a gorgeous sunny day two days ago. I got so excited, I actually felt like a salad. But it took me a day to get to the shops, pick up ingredients & by the time I was ready to create, weather had turned back to winter SighMelbourne . Used @therealchefaj Peachy Quinoa recipe . Substituted Peaches, with mango. But next time? Im using oranges. Loved it, especially the purple onion

04.01.2022 Finally brought an electric pressure cooker this week Made a colon friendly soup . I was Inspired by @therealchefaj, & used her famous Mushroom Chili recipe (goggle chefaj mushroom chili), but I did tripled the mushrooms. Luv mushrooms Am really impressed with electric pressure cooker so quick, took 20min as opposed to 5 hours in my slow cooker, wow Recipe was yumm too

01.01.2022 Success! Was so inspired by @tylertolmantt healthyself workshop & the amazing @chefcynthialouise1 pad Thai , I made my own today! This is amazing, cause my normal salads arent that spesh. Cynthias Pad Thai at the workshop still tasted better haha, but this was a close second. I also made my own almond butter for the recipe. Its not as oily as store bought, but not to shabby either
