13.01.2022 My darling Angus, 3 years today since your physical body was taken from us . I remember us watching the doco on how souls don’t die and feel you with me all the time. With your love and strength I am fighting to #end overdose . Because of you , more people are aware of the horrific dangers of Fentanyl and your legacy will be saving the lives of young sportsmen , who will be more aware of taking prescription pain killers. Your family miss your beautiful presence, nan has kept your garden going but you live on in all of our hearts, forever and ever. I bet the angels are enjoying having you there, and we will be together again one day . Until then keep talking to me and I’ll keep talking to you . I feel your love and I send bucket loads to you as do all of your loved ones. Love Mumsy

06.01.2022 As of 10 mins ago I will have to postpone Sunday purple picnic ! Omg we have to get rid of Anastaysia ! Two cases in a prison training and the whole coast gets shut down ! With increased police presence and a television crew I think we’d better postpone , I don’t want negative press over this important day My heart is broken

02.01.2022 August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day . With restrictions looming again , my plans will shrink but the sentiment and message won’t. I’m planning a purple picnic on the Gold Coast , you are all invited. Guests asked to donate to the Pennington Institute International Overdose Awareness Day Fund. We will celebrate life, share our message and remember our beautiful loved ones lost to overdose please either message, email or call me if you’d like to attend and if your not able please check out the IOAD website and see if there is an event near you or have one yourself! 02.01.2022 Hi everyone with changing restrictions , we are now planning 2 picnics of 30 people !! Same time same day different sides of the rock! We will be keeping covid safe with individually wrapped food, a roving singer and security to remind us of our distancing amongst groups. Sounds hard but I have it covered wear a mask if you feel you need, it is outdoors and breezy so I feel it’s safe ! Bring picnic chair if poss , if you have spares let me know x as other states can’t have events it makes it so much more important that we make this effort! Please rsvp exact numbers so that we can keep yo our plan! Can’t wait to see you !!!!’

01.01.2022 As I’ve had to cancel today’s purple picnic due to new restrictions , Surfers Paradise surf club will light up purple at sunset tomorrow remember International Overdose Awareness Day and all of our much loved ones that have lost their lives to overdose, their friends and families who grieve and raise awareness to the dangers of overdose and the need to talk about it !!! Please join me at 4-6 pm mon aug 31 tomorrow for the light up !!!!
