Due to recent changes in Apple’s software upgrades, you may experience issues with your active subscription not being recognised and this may prevent you from updating your inventory data. We suggest you follow the following steps to address this issue for your iPhone and iPad: 1. Goto the Menu>Subscription option and select restore purchases... 2. Check you have the latest iOS installed eg 13.3 3. Check you have the latest app version installed eg 2.9.4 4.
