19.01.2022 Want to get back into running? Reduce your risk of injury with these head to toe running tips Hold your head up high and look ahead, not down at your feet. It is all about your posture! Relax your shoulders so that they are away from your ears Hands should be unclenched... Arms should swing back and forth and not from side to side Elbows bent 90 degrees Your hips are your centre of gravity, and are key to good running posture. They should be pointing straight ahead To run well, you need to push off the ground with maximum force. With each step, your foot should hit the ground lightly and land between your heel and midfoot. As you roll onto your toes, try to spring off the ground. Who said running was easy? #enjoyyourrun
