24.01.2022 This week is National Asthma Week (1-7) and as Spring begins so too does the season for asthma. Symptoms are usually a minor inconvenience but you should still book in to see your GP for an asthma review or if you think you may require treatment. ***Asthma symptoms can be confused for COVID-19 symptoms. Please be aware of what your regular symptoms are or consult a GP and get tested.***

Most people will know what their regular symptoms are but it is good to note the main difference: Viral symptoms are progressive and worsen quickly Allergies are reactive to the environment and tend to come and go...
