21.01.2022 What do I mean? Instead of thinking...... "Is this healthy or unhealthy, good or bad for my health", Think ....... "is this nutritious, is this nourishing my health?"... By changing your thoughts about what you are about to put in your gob (mouth) it gives you pause to think about how you want to feel - do you want to feel heavy, dull and lacking in energy or do you want to feel AMAZING, VIBRANT and FULL OF ENERGY!! I know which one I prefer :) #healthymind #healthybody

09.01.2022 Sunday is my day of having a healthy yummy treat, I love a Sunday morning with pancakes. Why Buckwheat? Buckwheat is a great source of protein, fibre and energy and it does not contain gluten so is great for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerances.... When berries are out of season I buy frozen ones which I think taste just as good. https://www.myhealthplace.com.au/buckwheat-pancakes/ #celiac #glutenfree #yummy #sunday

01.01.2022 Journalling is a great tool for getting to know yourself. I call it mind dumping - because I dump everything out of my mind onto paper and I'm often very surprised at what comes out ! If you are not sure what to write, start with what has happened in your day, or what is bugging you, or what you feel happy about, or sad about, or what you want in your life. The process is limitless - I love that. Once you start writing your thoughts will begin to flow onto the paper, if your... thoughts stop flowing maybe that is all you need to write. There is no right or wrong. Personally I journal whenever I feel like it. It is one of many practices I have in my health and wellbeing toolkit. Journaling can help you sort out your thoughts and feelings and see things more clearly. It can also provide a different perspective on things that are happening in your daily life. Keep your journals so you can read back on them - it's interesting. Grab a notebook, pen and let the thoughts flow - enjoy !
