21.01.2022 Australia, we were there not long ago and we received so much love and support from our brothers and sisters from other lands. Now is our time to lend our support via prayers and visualisations. Visualise ice blue droplets descending over the raging crimson fires in California, Oregon & Washington. Pray for rain. 21.01.2022 Oh what a night! Last nights masterclass... Journey to the Soul. A deeply nourishing evening... Guided beautifully into yin postures by Harmony where stillness and surrender was embraced, words of wisdom and ancient Yogic & Ayurvedic philosophy washed over our space, absorbed, recalled & remembered. We bathed in delight, in the sweet sounds of drum, oh my beating heart, every cell in my being tingled, we danced from the inside out. Tibetan sing bowls & the Gong.... oh lordy,... the Gong, Im pretty sure we all transported some place else in Nicoles intuitively guided instrumental sounds. Lets do that again, and again, and again. We also want to pay reverence to another beautiful Elder Aunty Minnie Mace who is a personal guide for us at My Health Yoga and who featured recently in our healing documentary. We all love Deva Premal & Miten! They have been part of our school’s chants for over 2 dec...ades and I’ll never forget meeting them on one of our yoga retreats back in 2004. We all acted like groupies!
