IHNA as a conscious organisation is participating in spreading awareness regarding International Mens Health Week. We are organising activities (2:00pm 2:30pm AEST) for an entire week (5 working days) from the 15th (Monday) onwards up till the 19th of June (Friday). We will conduct online information sessions, meditation sessions, nutrition info sessions, life lessons about positivity and other fun activities that will focus on Mens health.
