05.01.2022 A Hope Island pool inspection this week with Brendon, This inspection required some minor works to be carried out to make the fencing compliant. I'm fully insured for this and very happy to carry out these works.

04.01.2022 A big thank you to Mary and Mario from Nerang, they invited me to carry out a pool safety inspection at their beautiful home which is being prepared to sell. Only a few issues, mainly gaps to big under pool fences and gates not self closing properly. Within a few hours we had the pool fence and gates fully compliment. Mary was happy that this problem had been resolved and she could move forward to selling their home. Many thanks and good luck with the sale.

01.01.2022 Happy first day of Spring! There's no better time for a refresher of Queensland's pool safety basics Step 1 Register your pool. You can check if a pool is... registered at https://qbcc.build/3jyDRG6 Step 2 Make sure your pool barrier complies with the law. This includes barriers around portable pools that can hold more than 300mm of water. Try out our pool compliance checklist at https://qbcc.build/3jCi2Wp Step 3 If selling or leasing your property, get a pool safety certificate.
