01.01.2022 Some dumplings cooking away! This is part of the fry-steam cooking method that we recommend for cooking your dumplings! If you skip this step of pouring water over the dumplings, your wrappers may end up not cooked through properly, making them rubbery instead of soft and delicious make sure you have a lid that seals the steam in to get a lovely texture for your dumpling wrappers! . If you dont have a lid to your pan, a plate or a heavy wooden chopping board has al...so been known to do the trick please be safe though! . Cooking instructions provided with your delivery! .
