19.01.2022 Some changes for 2021 -I am now a qualified Myotherapist! Myotherapy is an advanced manual therapy focusing on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal pain. We use evidence based techniques such as -cupping... -dry needling -trigger points -joint mobilisation -PNF stretching -electrotherapy -nerve assessment -deep tissue myofascial release -exercise prescription Though I still use deep tissue techniques, how I structure your treatment will align with Myotherapy rather than remedial massage, meaning i'll be treating your specific concerns not a full body massage. This is an effective way to create real change in your musculoskeletal alignment and associated pain. As my skills and qualifications grow so do my expenses, hence 2021 will see a small price increase. All claimable for health rebates. 60min LONG $100 45min STANDARD $85 (most appointments are now 45min) 30min EXPRESS $65 AVAILABILITY - I work Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30/6pm Appointments will be kept to 45min to allow more space for urgent and new patients. Please have a look online and/or text me with your pain concern and availability. EXISTING patients will be contacted over the next few weeks to continue their pain management appointments into 2021. 19.01.2022 New balls for the clinic Thanks @myoball. Can be used hot or cold for self massage. The steel feels very smooth on your skin which helps with pain when getting into those nasty trigger spots.
