CoreLogic’s national home value index has shown that month-on-month residential property values grew, following 5 months of consistent declines. 24.01.2022 NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet proposed an overhaul of the state’s 150-year-old stamp duty system in the budget today. If the plan goes ahead it would give home buyers a choice between paying a one-off stamp duty or an annual fee. A public consultation process will start soon, if you’d like to have your say. Any changes are not expected before the second half of 2021.

17.01.2022 MyPlace is turning 18 in 2021! Sitting down to write a business plan for 2021. We started our business 18 years ago. What an amazing journey. It is simply a miracle we did not kill each other (true), but through our differences we created a business and two children that are both almost all grown up. It can be challenging running a business with your spouse. Parenting and working together but I am so grateful that we made it this far. The lessons we have learned throug...h many highs and some very, very lows have allowed us to grow in so many ways. I am so profoundly indebted to everyone that chose to use our business.
