When you are facing a crisis, you may look for an alternative way to have more energy or to be soothed. Pay attention to what you do to comfort yourself. Do you binge eat, drink excessive amounts of coffee or go on shopping sprees? oddly, these activities are counter-productive to achieving happiness. You may be c...omforted in the moment, but in the Long-run you are setting yourself back. It is difficult to feel happy when you are tense, overtired, depressed or unable to exercise due to circumstances. You may feel lost, give up hope or as if you will never feel well enough to achieve your dreams. Your life circumstances may have changed, but it is important to find something new can become completely absorbed in. Appreciate the good moments, days and the blessings in your life, stop for a minute and reflect on the glimpse of happiness life is constantly giving you. Achieving happiness can mean working hard at being happy. Look at your situation realistically. Face the reality of your capabilities and limitations, and know that you can be happy. Distant healing can help people who are struggling with anxiety, depression or stress or maybe you just need some downtime and pamper yourself. If you have been feeling tired or under st...ress, anxious or just have a lot on your plate the energy is shifting for you soon, for the better. The 8 brings us more get up and go, more fire to help us get things done. It brings with it action and with that some change as well. That heavy burden or tiredness, or maybe even taking on more than you can handle is coming to a end finally. You have to recognize though what needs releasing, what is unproductive or negative for you and let that go. You have outgrown some karmic pattern, healed and become stronger. 20.09.2021 Good Morning beautiful souls. How is everyone traveling? We have the two of wands (fire) and the Hierophant/Faith (soul/spirit) from the Tarot of Dreams deck ...today. We have choices and decisions with the two, which door should I go through, the red or blue? One may bring you passion and excitement, the other stability and security. The key here is to start the journey, start walking and have faith that when you get to that door you will know which way to go. You may already be on the path and just need to know everything is ok. Listen to your guides and Angels, they are around showing you where you need to be and what you need to be doing. When doors open easily and there is no block then that's an opening for you. When they are shut or cant be moved then its not the right time. You may have to be patient and wait.
