25.01.2022 Tonight I struggled through 1.5hrs of Bikram, 5 days of pure indulgence def left its marks. Respect to all you Bikram yogis out there!!

10.01.2022 Love this school - was able to spend 7 days there in my final week in India last year. Will hopefully be back by the end of the year to complete my next part of my teacher training course in Ashtanga yoga.
