18.01.2022 Butter bean veg soup: Warming and nourishing. (While you wait for Nabiac market in 26th June, pick up your soup veggies from Gloucester market this long weekend!) Winter warmer soup Recipe: 1-2 celery stalks, 3 cups chopped cauliflower, 4 garlic cloves, onion, 1 carrot, 1 parsnip, 3-4 cups veggie or chicken broth, 1 can butter beans, fresh or dried thyme (approx teaspoon), salt, pepper, turmeric to taste. Sauté celery, parsnip, carrot, onion and cauliflower. Add g...arlic, sauté a few mins. Add rest of ingredients and stock. Simmer. Allow to cool a little and blend with stick blender. Serve with local sourdough bread, cheese and chopped herbs or micro greens. So yum snd immune boosting. We are living in unsettled times, which means for some unsettled incomes..... Have you thought about having a monthly stall...? We are currently encouraging stall applications in the following... (general/heritage) Products from the paddock, composting, worm farms Products off the land as in sheep, alpaca, fleece, hand spun wool, felting wool Hand made natural timber items Traditional crafts, tatting, lace making, spinning, weaving, felting..
