25.01.2022 SOURDOUGHLast week we had our first attempt at baking a high hydration sourdough, and we are definitely hooked! With so many of our lovely customers stocking up on bakers flour and yeast, we just had to give bread-making a go - we were not disappointedIf you have a sudden urge to bake and a spare few hours, we strongly recommend giving sourdough a go.
