Here’s one of my favourite resting pose Child’s Pose. Don’t expect me to come out of this pose once I’m on it Child’s pose helps relieve fatigue it is a great pose to ease anxiety and stress. It shifts the away from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic side, and we experience a calming, sweet release.
