24.01.2022 Procurement Coordinator : Street Art Nambour are seeking a procurement coordinator to join the committee to bring Street Art BIGGER and better to the Sunshine Coast for 2021. If you have an eye for detail and attention to high visible locations and would love to donate your time to our not for profit organisation, please send through your resume to [email protected] or [email protected] Duties include but not limited to:... - Seeking high visible locations to be utilised by Street Art Nambour to paint a mural - Approaching owners or businesses of found locations asking if they would be interested - Keeping a record of found locations - Maintaining professionalism when seeking new locations - Willing to drive to view and assess locations Each committee member will need to be voted in by the current committee before being announced. All positions in the Street Art committee are volunteer based and no payment for work will be offered. Being on the committee you have the opportunity to direct Street Art in our community to benefit local businesses, tourism and most importantly, get fair, paid work for the many talented artists we help. Applications close 31st October 2020, so if you want to make a difference in our community apply today!

18.01.2022 I had special times during COVID, sadly I lost my sign contracts as all my clients shut , BUT , I found time for my garden , for my grandchildren, for my family . I found time for me .I relaxed , reviewed my life . I continued getting murals done in Nambour and I discovered a great community in our town . We never gave up as the true Aussie spirit stepped in . We just Did It . So to all , let’s raise a toast . COVID you didn’t beat us , you built on the strength we all had and we made it thru .

16.01.2022 Treasurer: Street Art Nambour are seeking an experienced volunteer treasurer to join the committee to bring Street Art BIGGER and better to the Sunshine Coast for 2021. If you have expertise in fund management and would like to donate your time to our not for profit organisation, please send through your resume to [email protected] or [email protected] Duties include but not limited to: - managing funds of the organisation - applying for relevant grants... - completing payments of relevant invoices, ie to artists or supply invoices - book keeping of funds going in/out of the organisation Each committee member will need to be voted in by the current committee before being announced.
