25.01.2022 I bought this at Bunnings Warehouse Australia and it has a Cancer & Reproductive Harm warning, P65 Warning?? I am taking it right back of course?! neatfreak why are you using chemicals that cause cancer & reproductive issues?

I dont want to spend half my day going to the store just to speak to someone when today is my only day to sort this out! Sadly the great service I received at Birkenhead Point Brand Outlet in store is not given after purchase?!... I washed the new Anolon Australia fry pans and cant get these marks off?? Made by the cardboard rings. I dont want to scrub them Incase it removes the coating?! So now I have to go al the way there?!

23.01.2022 Sadly Australia Post is losing a lot of retailers sales. After 6 lost parcels, dumped in public space despite requesting otherwise, I am no longer ordering on sites that ship AP. Sussan, I am still waiting on a reply to my email about an undelivered parcel. Australia Post have recognised it's an undelivered parcel and I have sent that info. I keep getting an auto reply which is unacceptable. I have been waiting 2 months for my refund!! I don't think it's acceptable to keep saying 'due to covid it will take us longer to reply' - then reply to me - THEN send an email saying you are no longer 'manned so no one will reply'??! I haven't shopped at Sussan for over 15 years and won't be back!!

11.01.2022 As a new pet owner, I have prioritised a healthy natural diet & tried lots of different food. Dry food in particular took a back seat when puppy school introd him to fresh chicken!! 01.01.2022 Last night, I spent a bit on time on the Marks and Spencer website ordering quite a few things, this morning I awoke to this message "Your shopping bag cannot be ordered since one or more of the products in your bag are not available in the requested quantity. Please check availability for each product." This is such bad customer service!! Their system should update and alert the item. I only went on the site to order 3 things, I deleted the other 8 things without checking s...tock. C'mon they aren't a small suburban store, we expect and deserve more! See more
