24.01.2022 Weekend run to Barabup pool with the Busselton Runners Club. Sadly I couldn’t make this one but Heather and Robyn did. A chilly for a swim for me but these Busselton runners have grit. Definitely do this run again later in the year when it’s nice and sunny

21.01.2022 Looks like it’s going to be a wet one tomorrow too. We have planned a 9.00am run tomorrow. I’ll be taking this one and it’s depending on the weather as I’m more a fair weather runner. If it’s not bad perhaps a little jaunt on the wildflower loop where it’s a bit more sheltered. Robyn and Heather and running from 4pm and aiming for 10km, they don’t seem to mind the rain

17.01.2022 Running at 5pm tomorrow from the usual spot. One of our crew has lots of free range eggs available from his pet chickens that roam free in his garden. He even has names for them. They cost $5 for a dozen. I bought some and they make yummy Yorkshire Puddings

17.01.2022 Fabulous start to November and training for the Busselton Half Marathon in February. 13.3 km trail run completed by the Three Amigos this morning. Imagine how amazing we’ll be running on a flat surface with no rocks, gum nuts or tree roots to trip on

13.01.2022 7km coastal run in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. From Ocean Reef to Burns Beach and back. Love a good coastal run, beautiful views and lots of activity on the path, runners, walkers, cyclists

07.01.2022 This Saturday is the day guys. Who is coming? We are going to meet the Busselton peeps at 9.50am at Loose Goose for a 10am start rather than the gym. It’s 8km each way from there to Barrabup pool. Feel free to bike if you prefer. Either run or bike it back or arranged or a lift back from a kind hearted soul

06.01.2022 If you can’t make the run on Saturday the Busselton group who are staying in Nannup this weekend are going for a 5km run on Sunday morning at 6am, so if you are an early bird get down to the Loose Goose chalets for a 6am start, don’t rock up at the gym
