25.01.2022 Absolutely lovely day out with Paula's outlaws. Nearly wasn't coz the Moose took us to the wrong bar & grill for Gail's birthday breakfast ... we should have been @ the one across the road! (Explains why they couldn't find the booking!) Great seeing cousin James & meeting his fiancee Brittany for the first time. Charlie took us touring after, simply FAB day.

22.01.2022 Nanny & Poppy on the loose with the Moose sure got a ride!!!

21.01.2022 Moose took Miss Princess Zara Ivy to the park today & look what they found! - an SA ROCKS rock! Nanny & Poppy are off to do a FIFO housesit @ Trinity Beach QLD soon so they've decided to take it to a nice scenic spot up there. Who knows who or where this Llama rock will get to next.

18.01.2022 Lunch today was yummy, we shared some of Paula's delicious Gourmet Chicken & Salad Roll, the Moose was waiting for his Toasted Ham & Cheese Croissant. Naughty Nanny went for the shared dessert first! - a Raspberry & Plum Donut. All was SCRUMPTIOUS (one of the Moose's most favourite words!) NB See photos in Comment section

17.01.2022 3rd visit in less than 3wks to this scrumptious restaurant - so friendly, comfortable & delicious! Surely we're regulars now! JD & Coke for the Moose & Poppy, & a Whiskey Sour for Paula & Nanny. Paula also had a Chianti with her pasta ... Poppy was relieved they didn't serve Fava Beans! #memoriesofsilenceofthelambs

15.01.2022 Wonderful night out, pre dinner drinks in the foyer & then dinner in the restaurant "Coco's." Paula & Nanny had Duck Fillet with Pea Puree & Roasted Mini Yellow Beets - side serve of Pan Seared Seasonal Vegetables (Asparagus, Beans, Broccolini & Cherry Tomatoes). Marty & Poppy went for the Chicken Breast Fillet with Char Grilled Corn, & Apricot Yoghurt - side serve of Fried Butter & Sage Chat Potatoes. Both scrumptious!! Went back into the lounge bar foyer & shared a mini Pavlova with Chantilly Cream, Lemon & Fresh Pineapple Butter, topped with Toasted Almond Crumble & garnished with edible Gold Leaves. FAB night out indeed.

14.01.2022 Naughty Paula!!! Such a long time since she's posted anything. Nanny & Poppy are thrilled they've been invited to the first ever FIFO (fly in, fly out) housesit Paula & Marty were approached to do. Glen Huntly VIC for a month looking after Roman & Chantilly the ragdoll pussycats.

14.01.2022 Nanny had way, way, way too much of Paula's Passionfruit Mojito! ... just as well Poppy was there to catch her!!! Delicious rare fillet steak with in house Peppercorn Sauce & a back to the basics Chicken Schnitty for the Moose - dinner done & dusted scrumptiously! Not long now & we're all back to Palm Cove to housesit Millie the rescued Rottweiler again (part 2 of a 2 part sit), Paula can't wait they sure bonded in the first week!

13.01.2022 Naughty Paula has been very lax lately, Nanny & Poppy are desperate to get out & about. Their noses are particularly out of joint that they didn't get to see Paula's painting of little Jock (who they recently housesat) in the flesh. They're happy to see Paula is posting a photo of him so that at least Nanny & Poppy can see how handsome he is.

10.01.2022 Hmm, the onsite café sure looks tempting too. Poppy's already asking Nanny "what time's breakfast!!!" LOL Marty's having a nap, hopefully they don't devour his treats!

09.01.2022 Paula still has us in one of the suitcases. We've been in Melbourne doing a housesit in Glen Huntly which finished this afternoon. We hope she gets us out tomorrow so we can check out the hotel room (Jazz Corner apparently). Paula's been adding some Trip Advisor reviews & up we popped from a visit to Entally House in TAS.

08.01.2022 Just as well this lovely cuckoo clock's not primed to go off - Nanny & Poppy sure would get a fright! Roman might get a fright too if Nanny & Poppy landed on him!

06.01.2022 Such a long time since we've written a post. Nanny & Poppy have been on the road for 8mths! SA through NSW to QLD then down the East Coast into NSW again, visited Canberra in the ACT & then VIC to head to TAS once more. Zara's Daddy bought a shack whilst we've been away so we've spent a lovely few days @ the river with them back home in SA.
