11.01.2022 Another good short video, also building on the 'washing hands' theory to help avoid the spread of viruses. I automatically assumed that as well as potentially spreading viruses to other people & surfaces, this was to avoid contaminating food you are ingesting, but touching your face, eyes & mouth could also give you the virus. This would also apply to little ones in your care. Soap & water and drying well is what is most often advised. Antibacterial solutions aren't usually advised for children as a lot of them contain alcohol and I've found from working in the field, they can be very harsh especially when you are washing hands so often. I'm sure they do have their place and are quite convenient though, especially when in public.
